Production Time: Each of our driftwood layouts is unique and meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package is on its way.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, handmade nature of our natural driftwood products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We will immediately work with you to make it right.

Natural Variations: Since every piece is crafted from 100% natural wood, slight variations in size, color, shape, and texture are expected.
One-of-a-Kind: Your layout will not be a carbon copy, but a unique piece of natural art tailored just for you — this is the true beauty of handcrafted goods.
Aquarium Safe: All products are fully treated and completely safe for aquariums, terrariums, and aquascaping use.
Important Pre-use Instruction: For fully submerged aquarium layouts, we strongly recommend soaking the product in water for 2–3 days before introducing it into your main tank to ensure maximum safety for your aquatic life.
