- Production Time: Each of our driftwood layouts is unique and meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package is on its way.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, handmade nature of our natural driftwood products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We will immediately work with you to make it right.
